Please review the information below for any questions you may have regarding service, warranty or repairs of your THRIVEN product. If you're unable to obtain the information you're looking for, we'll be happy to assist you. The below information applies only to the express warranties that we choose to offer over certain products as set out below. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We stand behind our products, which is why we have the best warranty in the industry. We will repair or replace your apparel if it meets our warranty criteria. If you are unsure if your purchase is covered under our warranty program, please email an image of the product and a brief description of the issue to Marshall@thrivencreative.com
Tee Shirt Warranties:
3 years on all stitching.
12 months on materials and constructions.
Our warranties are valid from date of purchase with a proof of purchase (a receipt or a credit/bank statement) from an authorized THRIVEN vendor.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship. For example, normal wear and tear, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, and fin cuts.
Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or activities.
Apparel sold through an unauthorized THRIVEN vendor.
Apparel repaired by anyone other than our technicians.
